FAA Registered Drones

  • Required for all commercial services
  • It is important to note that the FAA deems all drones as "aircraft", and when used commercially  are regulated as such.


Aerial Wildlife Management (AWM) Permit Certified by the Texas Parks & Wildlife

  • This permit is issued by Texas Parks and Wildlife to count, photograph, capture, or take wildlife or exotic animals by use of aircraft, including unmanned aircraft systems (drones).
  • This includes the photographing or videoing of any wildlife conducted aerially in the State of Texas.  (even on your personal property)
  • Texas Parks and Wildlife Code – Chapter 43, Subchapter G, Sections 43.101-43.112
  • Texas Administrative Code – Management of Wildlife and Exotic Animals from Aircraft – Sections 65.150-65.162
  • Code of Federal Regulations – Title 50, Part 19 – Airborne Hunting
